MBCo Dubai Sub Master Licensee signs lease to open at Dubai’s Arabian Ranches, an exclusive lifestyle community in Dubai developed by Emaar Properties.  Dubai Arabian Ranches are located only a few minutes from the juncture of three key ring roads which are leading to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai. The project includes the Arabian Ranches Golf Club, an 18 hole Golf Club, an Equestrian Center , Dubai Polo Club and the Village Community Center that houses 20 retail outlets including supermarket, cafes and restaurants.  Scheduled to Open in December 2008.
